it's family moments like this that i'll never forget

Alexis Castle is redheaded, blue-eyed, and fifteen-years-old. Her dad is a best-selling author, her mom is an actress (so is her grandmother - not to imply that either of them would appreciate the comparison), and Alexis herself is a surprisingly level-headed high schooler who brings binders of study materials to fancy book premier parties and has little to no interest in teen rebellion. Even when offered. Her father has commented on the fact that he has no idea how she turned out so well.

(This, however, is a lie. He's a very good dad.)

While Alexis might have grown up with a privileged upbringing - her uniform suggests some fancy private school, her family's apartment is a bit on the massive side, and her dad's kind of a big deal - she's very much a mature, well-adjusted teenager. She's a bit sheltered in some aspects - but it's leveled out relatively well by the fact that she is studious, sharp-witted, and just a bit sarcastic. Though, really, you'd sort of need that last one as a necessary survival tactic in a family like hers.

And yeah, okay, she might be something of a daddy's girl - but she's okay with that. Though who wouldn't be with a dad like hers?
